Ubi / TravelPlanner
Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 November 2026
These terms cover the current TravelPlanner private beta and its Ubi website.
The service
TravelPlanner is operated by Tommaso Galli, reachable at tommaso.galli@gmail.com. It helps users discover, organise and share places. Ubi is an exploratory product identity; existing accounts and the app may still use the TravelPlanner name. Beta features can change or be temporarily unavailable.
Your account
Use accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and only access accounts and maps you are authorised to use. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not bypass access restrictions, abuse the service, scrape private content or interfere with other users.
Your content and sharing
You keep your rights to the notes and other content you submit. You grant us the permission needed to store, display and process that content to provide the service and the sharing you request. Only share content you have the right to share. Sharing a destination does not share your private AI conversations or credit balance. You can revoke sharing using the available account controls.
Recommendations and third-party information
Opening hours, prices, venue information and AI-generated suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Verify details directly with the venue, particularly accessibility, allergens, dietary requirements, reservations and safety. Third-party maps, images and venue information remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable provider terms.
Beta access and future purchases
Public purchases and paid AI generation for new users are not currently enabled. Any future credit packs, subscriptions, pricing or purchase conditions will be presented before a purchase is offered. These terms do not create a paid entitlement or promise a launch date.
Ending access
You can request account deletion at any time. We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse, protect users or comply with legal obligations. Contact us to report an issue or contest a restriction.
Your rights and changes
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes will be reflected in the updated terms and communicated where required. Privacy and data rights are explained in the Privacy Policy.
